  Hello everyone,  I've been a certified real estate appraiser in Connecticut since 1993.  I'm sharing my years of experience in real estate with different topics that should help people out in the real estate market. 

  In addition to being a full time residential appraiser I am also a real estate investor.  I've flipped properties for profit and have several rental properties that have positive monthly cash flow.

  Hopefully my hubs about my years of experience in the real estate industry can be helpful to others.

  In addition to working in real estate, I enjoy playing, watching, and coaching sports.
